We’re trying something new. Each of our teams is pulling out all the stops - a bread service worthy of its own headline, a savory puff pastry proofed with rare black garlic, decadent sous vide scallops, and côte de porc assemble to create an elevated opening like no other. Come join us for a night at the Bistro.
Are carrots “lustful”? Is ossobuco “sloth”? That’s up to you, but we think they’re all delicious. A seven course meal on the seven deadly sins, Pop-Up third opening of the fall was a feat of patience from our bake team, trial-and-error from our cook team, and cobweb-wrangling from business.
A yearly tradition, Pop-Up takes over the Yale Farm to serve a five-course vegetarian meal alongside performances from Yale’s musicians. This service was a record-breaking event for Pop-Up: 116 guests were served the full meal, and an additional 34 joined us for the performance and light bites. Thank you for joining us at the Farm.
On September 12th, 2025, Y Pop-Up kicked off its seventeenth season and welcomed its new cook, bake and business team members by serving 624 courses to 78 guests in the Davenport Buttery. Thank you for your support, and we’ll see you soon.
