We open every other Friday (ish), sometimes on Saturdays, and sometimes on Sundays. We always announce our openings and availabilities on our Instagram. Reservations are allocated via lottery, and you will be notified the night before if we’re able to accomodate your party.

We hold auditions for cook and bake, as well as interview for business alongside the extracurricular bazaar within Yale College. Keep an eye out for communications on our Instagram and via our mailing list.
As a Yale-registered Undergraduate Organization, all potential new members must be students at Yale College.

From time to time, we engage with campus groups and students to help realize a concept or enhance an event. While our ability to help does depend on our availability, we’d always love to talk. Email us at yalepopup@gmail.com and we’ll go from there.

Yale Pop-Up is made possible by funding from Yale’s UOFC, private donations, and donations from attendees. Because our donations are voluntary and we focus on providing an affordable, quality experience to Yale community members, Pop-Up runs at a substantial deficit each year.
