Miso Walnut Raspberry Crumb Cake

CRUMBLE

  • 5 tbsp wholewheat flour

  • 2.5 tbsp brown sugar 

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 heaping tbsp miso 

CAKE

  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • ¾ cups wholewheat flour

  • ½ heaping tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ⅛ tsp baking soda

  • 1 medium egg

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Handful of fruit
